
Team-member Dining Room Attendant
Job Description
Starting pay: $19.00
The TMDR Attendant is responsible for maintaining adequate levels of all perishable and non‑perishable supplies in the Team Member Dining Room and ensuring the dining area remains clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times. This role supports team member satisfaction by providing friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all food service stations are fully supplied and operational.
- Maintain constant levels of glassware, silverware, plates, and service accessories at all stations.
- Ensure the TMDR remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Clear tables promptly after team members finish dining and reset the area for the next guest.
- Maintain supplies of condiments, beverages, napkins, and other food‑service items including coffee, tea, cocoa, and hot water.
- Greet team members in a friendly and courteous manner and provide assistance as needed.
- Clean and restock the food line area when assigned.
- Perform emergency mopping or spill cleanup to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food‑handling procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while supporting a high‑traffic employee dining environment.
- Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred. Legible handwriting and above‑average communication skills.
- Strong public‑relations skills with the ability to interact positively with team members.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required state gaming or regulatory licenses.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds throughout an eight‑hour shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain mobility and dexterity to clean tables, stock items, and support service stations.
- Ability to work in environments with noise, guest traffic, and occasional exposure to tobacco smoke.
- Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
