Straumann Denmark is seeking an engaged and energetic colleague to join our Customer Service team in Brøndby. You will become part of a dynamic department where collaboration, quality, and excellent customer service are top priorities.

🔍 About the Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a varied workday where no two days are the same. The role includes, among other things:

• Answering phone calls and emails while providing professional customer service with a smile
• Advising customers and providing product information
• Receiving goods and handling outbound shipments and returns
• Ensuring orders are delivered to customers on time
• Managing logistics and customer-specific requirements through our systems (TMS NShift and SAP)
• Unpacking deliveries and placing products in stock (shelves and storage bins)
• Picking and packing orders for daily shipments
(our products are primarily small and lightweight, but we ship a high volume of packages every day)
• Working in SAP and other IT systems
• Investigating and following up on errors and discrepancies
• Contributing to additional sales through customer service initiatives
• Collaborating with the Sales Department to ensure top-class customer service

👤 About You

• Are reliable and punctual
• Speak and write English at a good level
• Are proficient in Outlook and comfortable working digitally (meetings, Teams, etc.)

In addition, it is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with SAP
• A background in the dental industry
• Previous customer service experience

🕒 Practical Information

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding lunch)
• Location: Brøndby
• Overtime may occur, for example during inventory counts
