You will play a key role in period-end activities, forecasting processes, and annual planning cycles while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple factories within the region, drive process improvements, and leverage digital tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and utilize digital tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions to improve decision-making and reporting efficiency.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value creation initiatives.

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports, business cases, and benchmarking analyses across manufacturing sites.

  • Collaborate with shared service teams and external partners to ensure reporting quality and timely delivery of financial information.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Supply Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Partnering roles.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, supply chain functions, or plant finance activities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Knowledge of management accounting, cost accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytical tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and interest in process optimization and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional qualification.

  • Experience in multinational FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

  • Experience working with digital reporting, visualization, and analytics tools.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a global and collaborative finance environment.

  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, and regional business operations.

  • Participation in strategic projects with direct business impact.

  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Dynamic and international workplace focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
