Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hires local to the Twin Cities Metro-Area can anticipate an in-office component of 1-2 days a week, employed with Bold Orange. If this position lists, “Open to Remote”, hires outside of the metro area can anticipate travel to our Minneapolis, MN office on an as-requested basis. We value human connection and some travel is anticipated.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, strategically minded Business Development Manager to join our growing Strategic Growth team. In this role, you will own and drive critical components of the new business pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress with urgency, clarity, and strong executive alignment. You will serve as a quarterback on high-visibility pursuits, proactively removing obstacles, synthesizing inputs into clear narratives, and ensuring deliverables are executive-ready in advance of deadlines.
 
The ideal candidate has experience driving business development efforts within a marketing, CX, or CRM agency environment. They demonstrate strong business judgment, critical thinking, and ownership of outcomes. They are comfortable representing the company externally, contributing to outbound efforts, and engaging directly with prospects, while also leveraging Salesforce and related tools effectively.
