Maintain, repair and rebuild various production machines and misc. support equipment and furnaces.Install new equipment and upgrades as required.
Maintain building and grounds.
Fabricate spare tooling, safety guards, and misc. specialized tools
Typically has more than 5 years of experience and works under general direction.
Machine shop skills
Welding skills
Good communication skills
Electrical control and trouble shooting skills
PLC training certifications
Valid Drivers License
Hydraulic control and trouble shooting skills
Blueprint reading
Knowledge of plumbing, gas, air and water
Proficient in PLC Programming including Allen Bradley and Siemans
Knowledge of hydraulic schematics and troubleshooting
Knowledge of natural gas fuel trains functions and operations
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting
Knowledge of motor control systems and electrical systems and schematics
Knowledge of fire suppression systems
Knowledge of oil transfer pumps
Knowledge of DC and AC Drives and controls
Knowledge of machine shop equipment
Knowledge of welding equipment
Knowledge of material handling equipment
Knowledge of Process water equipment
Hiring for second shift, 4-10 hour days. No weekends. Starting rate $25-$35/hour based on experience.
