Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX Competitive Compensation: Starting at $26.19 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts. We are looking to fill a Production Support Technician in our Vitreous Maintenance department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Maintain data and summarize reports as mandated by the federal and state environmental regulatory agencies (EPA and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)); Texas Tier II Sara 313, Form R, Annual Waste Summary, Wastewater Effluent, Acetone Sampling, TWDB Water Use Survey, Air Emissions Inventory, Land Application Data, Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan, etc. Receive and review work notifications for completeness and job content. Take appropriate corrective action to ensure completeness and legibility by contacting requestor . Collect all completed work orders, review for completeness and report all required information. Maintain accurate and current departmental files for Maintenance. Maintain electronic files of all completed PMs. Schedule, Print, Distribute weekly PM Jobs. Master Data Role. Receive, Review, and submit to Master Data group ISO Forms for Equipment and PM Job creation. Maintain task documents in system, Order parts, or service, as needed by department . Research parts and orders as needed . Practice and follow all required safety regulations and participate in the safety team. Serve as ISO 9000 representative, including attending meetings and maintaining Maintenance procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by departmental supervision. Here’s the qualifications we are looking for: Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective c ommunication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications High School graduate. Must have a minimum of two years' work experience, in a maintenance or manufacturing environment. Must have good computer skills demonstrating competence in Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of maintenance operating software pertaining to preventive maintenance and work order history is preferred
