Job Description

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Nasdaq Trade Surveillance team in Vilnius, reporting to Director of Product Delivery. In this role, you'll lead UX and design work within a cross-functional scrum team, helping us reimagine and rebuild the user interface for one of the market's leading trade surveillance platforms.

You'll fit right in if you're a self-starter who loves crafting intuitive user experiences, thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, and gets energy from seeing your designs come to life in a product used by clients around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Design user-centric experiences that balance user needs with business and technical requirements.

  • Partner closely with the Product Delivery Lead and development team to translate user insights into polished, functional designs.

  • Lead product design activities end-to-end — from scoping and planning through wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery.

  • Host client feedback and user testing sessions to gather input and validate design proposals.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Nasdaq's design system and help define the UX strategy and vision for the platform.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design.

  • Proven experience designing websites or digital products, with a strong UX/UI portfolio.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma or a comparable design tool.

  • Familiarity with user research methods such as wireframing, personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, agile teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or designing products for external enterprise customers.

  • A good understanding of web technologies and what's technically achievable in product development.

This position is a full-time, permanent role located in Vilnius, offering a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work half the week on-site, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

A valid EU working permit is required for this role.
