Talent Acquisition Consultant  

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

This is a permanent, full time role reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Pacific. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.

  

We will count on you to: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across a range of roles, including screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding 

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver a consistent and effective recruitment experience 

  • Use proactive sourcing approaches to identify and engage suitable candidates in the market 

  • Contribute to recruitment process improvement and support hiring manager capability through practical guidance 

  • Provide recruitment advice, market insights, and competitor information to internal stakeholders 

What you need to have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or in agency recruitment 

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles 

  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills 

  • A clear focus on candidate care, service delivery, and working to deadlines whilst managing high volumes

  • Exposure to process improvement or hiring manager capability support
