Company Overview
Select Driving School is looking for a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator to add to their team. These position provide an in-depth view of new student onboarding and training as well as the selection, training, and supervision of the Mentor Fleet. Each day provides opportunities to widen your circle of influence and build new relationships within Recruiting, Driver Development, Operations, Safety, Payroll, Risk Managemment and Assets as you help provide a supply of newly first-seat drivers to PAM Transport.

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Some responsibiltiies include, but are not limited to:
- Taking service request calls
- Confirming personal details for new driver codes as received by the Driver File Administrators
- Performing wellness checks for Trainee/Mentor pairs
- Reviewing pick-ups and drop-offs of students
- Coordinating with Driver Managers to facilitate upgrades
- Researching and resolving issues as they arise
