Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Retail team on a casual basis to support the delivery of our product ranges across stores and e-commerce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, helping us create exceptional experiences for our supporters.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll collaborate closely with our Buying & Merchandising, Warehouse and Retail teams. You’ll assist with reporting, stock coordination and day-to-day merchandising operations, all while building your commercial awareness and developing your career in retail merchandising.

Your day-to-day
Support our product lifecycle - you’ll collaborate with the Merchandising team to raise, intake and phase product ranges throughout the year
Maximise stock availability - you will coordinate store replenishment and cross-channel stock movements to help drive sales across retail and e-commerce
Keep our teams informed - you’ll update and communicate changes to delivery schedules, ensuring colleagues are always aligned
Drive reporting insights - you will maintain and analyse reports, providing clear and actionable updates to the wider Retail team
Enhance our commercial performance - you’ll proactively identify stock gaps and opportunities to optimise trading and replenishment decisions
Support promotional activity - you will action price changes during promotional and mark-down periods with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate across teams - you’ll work closely with our Buying & Merchandising team, Licensing team and third-party suppliers, providing hands-on support in a fast-paced environment
