About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of client entities while acting as a key day-to-day contact. You’ll support complex client matters, collaborate with senior leaders and help guide junior team members to success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Growth & Value
Manage and administer a portfolio of client entities with precision and care
Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring KYC and due diligence standards are met
Contribute to billing, time recording, and portfolio performance
Spot opportunities to enhance client services and escalate where appropriate
Get involved in projects to drive efficiency and improve service delivery
Driving a Collaborative Culture
Support and guide junior colleagues, reviewing work and sharing knowledge
Act as a mentor and role model within the team
Build strong relationships across teams, jurisdictions, and service lines
Champion professionalism, integrity, and company values in everything you do
Delivering Excellence
Administer trust, company, and foundation structures accurately and efficiently
Prepare high-quality documentation including resolutions, minutes, and agreements
Maintain audit-ready records aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements
Conduct periodic reviews, KYC updates, and risk assessments
Monitor transactions, flagging risks and anomalies appropriately
Support audits, remediation work, and system/process improvements
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
2–4 years’ experience in fiduciary, trust, or company administration
Strong understanding of fiduciary principles and client structures
Experience with administration systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Working towards a professional qualification (STEP, CGIUKI or similar)
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional structures or family office clients
Experience in client relationship management
