Job Description
The Vice President of Brand & Marketing is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide brand and marketing strategy for the nation’s largest pediatric and women’s health system. This role provides strategic leadership across brand management, integrated marketing, consumer engagement, and strategic partnerships to drive organizational growth, strengthen trust and loyalty, and advance the system’s mission to improve the health and well-being of children and families.
As the enterprise brand steward for a nationally recognized pediatric and women’s health system, the Vice President ensures a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand experience across all touchpoints, markets, and audiences. This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance growth, reputation, and long-term consumer loyalty.
