Job Description

Job Summary

Full-Time Evening Position, hours are 1:30pm-10:pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

 

 

The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

Overview
