Senior Payroll Specialist

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our People team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

At Castlery, you'll own payroll across multiple countries, partner closely with Finance and People Systems, and help us build payroll operations that are as thoughtfully designed as the homes we create.

What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end payroll across global markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United States), ensuring every pay run is accurate, compliant and on time.
• Reconcile payroll, manage statutory submissions, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and audits.
• Be the go-to expert for payroll, resolving employee queries and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce manual work.
• Work with our People Systems team to enhance payroll through automation, system improvements, and scalable processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally across multiple countries or entities.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory compliance, and payroll reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and continuously improve processes.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, and Excel, with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
