All Things Metal is hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our growing team in Arizona. This is not a temp job — we offer consistent 40+ hour weeks, local projects only, and no per diem.

What You’ll Do

• Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards
• Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies
• Read and interpret erection/shop drawings
• Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field
• Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails
• Mentor apprentices and lead small crews
• Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout
• Maintain safety and quality standards

What You Bring

• Rigging & signaling experience
• OSHA 10 Certification (not required, but is a plus!)
• Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools
• Strong understanding of commercial construction
• Comfortable working at heights
• Welding certifications (maintained)
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Professional working proficiency in English required
