Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and keeps operations safe, smooth, and efficient.

This is a floor-first leadership role—not a desk job. If you enjoy being where the work happens, solving problems in real time, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you.

You’ll lead production teams across shifts to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. You’ll train, direct, and motivate employees while reinforcing company standards and building accountability, teamwork, and high performance.

You’ll drive production goals, improve plant efficiency, and ensure clear communication of expectations and results while maintaining a safe, compliant, high-quality production environment.
