You’ll be part of a team that strengthens communities and empowers youth because at the Y, impact starts with you.   What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Guide children through exciting activities, games, arts, homework help, and more. Create Connections: Build positive relationships with kids and families every day. Ensure Safety: Maintain a secure, welcoming space and follow all safety procedures. Be a Role Model: Show patience, creativity, and enthusiasm while promoting positive youth development.   Schedule & Locations Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 PMPerfect for college students, future educators, and anyone passionate about youth development. The hiring range is between $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
