Technical (primary)

You must possess strong background on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.
Analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill.
You must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment.
You should have worked in Mainframe application development.
You should be able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management.
You should have experience of working in an agile environment
Ability to understand the requirements and come up with end-to-end optimal solution
Should possess strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported
Able to do unit testing

Behavioral Skills

You should possess highly proficient written and verbal communication skills in the English language
You should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills
Connect with business partners on critical requirements and work with different teams to derive the solution
