Project Manager, USRM Software Product Operations

Leads AI enablement for Product Owners (POs) within USRM’s Software Product Operations Team. Accountable for making AI practical in day-to-day PO work—reducing manual effort, improving consistency of artifacts, and accelerating delivery quality. Owns the AI Office Hours program, PO-facing AI repository (prompts, templates, guidance), and the change management needed to drive sustained adoption.
