About the position
Currently we are looking for Flora Professional Marketing Specialist based in Budapest, who will be responsible for delivering marketing targets in CE within HoReCa channel.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Close co-operation with Sales Team and Customers/Distributors to execute marketing strategy.
- Creation and execution of trade activation plans for distributors and C&C.
- Preparation of presentations and training for Sales Team and Customers/Distributors.
- Preparation and distribution of leaflets, catalogs, brochures and POS materials.
- Implementing and running distributor and operator loyalty programs.
- Analyzing business results and making reports for the Leadership Team.
- Following up on marketing investments to deliver business targets.
- Executing digital strategy incl. own website, e-commerce and portfolio/brand presence on web and in social media.
- Cooperation with advertising, PR agencies, printers, graphical studios.
- Contributing to demand forecasting.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, especially in trade marketing.
- Previous experience in Foods and B2B is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong self-discipline and resilience in the face of pressure.
- Ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines.
- Very good communication skills.
- Project and budget management skills.
- Fluent Hungarian and English.
