Position Overview
Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Linen Route Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines route delivery, customer service, and account development responsibilities. You will service established customer accounts throughout the Bethlehem, Allentown, and Lehigh Valley region while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow business within your route.
The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, building lasting customer connections, and delivering outstanding service with every stop.
What You'll Do
- Deliver uniforms, linens, floor mats, and related products to customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and grow an assigned service route
- Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional sales
- Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and accurate account documentation
- Represent Dempsey professionally while serving as the face of the company

- Full-time position
- 4-day work week
- Monday through Friday daytime routes
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekends off
