The Medical Office Scheduler is responsible for providing all callers with quality service and a clear line of communication. Responsible for coordinating aspects of the patient’s appointment, including authorizations and insurance verification for multiple facilities Arizona and Michigan. Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare field is required, previous call center experience is preferred.
