
Inspector - Level 4
Job Description
As an Inspector Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met within our integrated supply chain operations. Your expertise will be essential in inspecting, verifying, and maintaining compliance with industry and company standards, contributing directly to the reliability and safety of our aerospace products.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain or Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location with an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact product quality and operational efficiency by identifying defects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and aerospace manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams to facilitate corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and quality assurance to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in quality inspection within aerospace or integrated supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality control processes, and compliance standards specific to aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and inspection tools, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience using measurement instruments and performing non-destructive testing methods.
WE VALUE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace quality inspection or integrated supply chain quality roles.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
