Customer Service Specialist 📍 Richfield, OH (Onsite)🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm | Full-Time Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can help customers and grow with a fast-paced company? West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richfield branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building. What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Assist customers with post-installation service requests Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive, solution-oriented mindset Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $20–$22/hour Paid training Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home West Shore Home is a fast-growing home remodeling company specializing in Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring, with more than 40 locations nationwide and over 3,000 employees.
