The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential mental health setting.   Location/Schedule: 179 Hidden Hills, Milledgeville, Ga – Schedule – Part-time or PRN shift available.     Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing Support nursing and medical staff by administering medications and following healthcare plans Maintain and update patient records confidentially   Qualifications: Current and valid LPN license in good standing with the Georgia State Licensing Board Minimum of three (3) years of mental health experience (IDD experience preferred) Must provide two professional references (former employers only; no personal or family references) Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening   Additional Benefits: Flexible spending accounts Short and long-term disability coverage 11 Paid holidays Voluntary Life Insurance
