Full-Time NOC RN Supervisor

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for full-time NOC shifts. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a post-acute setting while supporting and guiding nursing staff during overnight operations.

Position Details

• Full-Time

• NOC Shift

• Starting Pay: $49/hour

• Location: San Leandro, California

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during NOC shifts

• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with facility policies and procedures

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning

• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed

• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor documentation and ensure accurate charting

• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• Current California RN license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of experience in post-acute care required

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
