Food Service Manager - Migrant Child Care Program (Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin)

Under the general supervision of the Center Manager, the Migrant Child Care Food Service Manager is responsible for preparation of nutritious meals for children and staff, who are authorized to eat with children during mealtime, in accordance with the nutrition program guidelines, the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and/or the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The food service manager is also responsible for record keeping and reporting requirements that includes documentation of food preparations, meal disbursements and food discarded as waste in accordance with USDA guidelines.
