Patient Care Coordinator

Overview

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team in Wauwatosa, WI.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for patients while helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with prior dental experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-2:30pm
Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Verify insurance benefits and review financial information with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
• Support the clinical team and help ensure an efficient patient flow
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Prior dental office experience required
• Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$20-$23/hour
