The Good Eating Company is seeking a creative, hands‑on Executive Chef to support a vibrant, culinary‑driven program serving a diverse workplace community. In this role, you will lead daily culinary operations across 10 globally inspired food stations, guide and develop a team of 16 culinary professionals, and oversee a culinary forward café with peak traffic Monday–Thursday. You will also lead catering execution across plated and buffet formats, drive menu innovation rooted in Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines, and champion a program that celebrates seasonality, local sourcing, and chef‑driven creativity.
