What You'll Do:
Join a hands-on manufacturing team where you will help build custom foam inserts and protective case solutions used by customers around the world.
Read and follow technical drawings, Bills of Materials, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
Prepare and assemble foam and plastic sub-components for a variety of custom case configurations.
Operate fabrication and assembly equipment including saws, glue applicators, drills, and hand tools.
Perform cutting, laminating, pressing, gluing, taping, labeling, masking, and painting operations.
Select materials and cut components to required dimensions and specifications.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
Pick materials, parts, and supplies from inventory.
Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.
Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment preferred.
Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
