Inspired HR is partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led B2B SaaS company to recruit a Head of Marketing.

This is an opportunity to join a company that has been doubling year over year for the past seven years and is on a mission to become the leading voice in a highly underserved industry. With thousands of customers, a growing international presence, and a community of over 10,000 industry professionals, the company has built a strong foundation and is now looking for a marketing leader who can help accelerate its next stage of growth.

This isn't a role for someone who only manages brand or oversees campaigns. We're looking for a builder, someone who can create demand, shape market positioning, and build a scalable marketing engine that consistently gets in front of the right customers.


The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing, you will own how the company shows up in the market and how pipeline is created. You'll be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, creating trust signals, and ensuring the company is speaking the language of its customers.

The business has achieved strong product-market fit and is poised for significant growth. The challenge now is creating a more intentional, scalable marketing function that can continue to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.


What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Developing and executing the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Driving net-new lead generation and pipeline creation
  • Building and strengthening brand positioning and messaging
  • Creating demand generation programs that generate qualified leads at scale
  • Leveraging partnerships, events, referrals, and digital channels to increase market presence
  • Improving customer acquisition and revenue retention metrics
  • Developing event marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies
  • Using data and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing performance
  • Building systems and processes that support sustainable, predictable growth

What Success Looks Like

After 12 months, you'll have:

  • Increased lead generation and revenue performance
  • Improved net revenue retention
  • Established a strong, consistent brand identity
  • Built scalable demand generation programs
  • Enhanced market positioning and industry visibility
  • Created a marketing function that operates strategically and executes effectively

Who We're Looking For

You likely bring:

  • 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven success owning revenue, pipeline, bookings, or ARR targets
  • Strong demand generation and product marketing experience
  • Experience operating in high-volume, short sales-cycle environments
  • The ability to determine strategy and execute against it
  • Strong writing, communication, and brand development capabilities
  • A systems mindset and comfort building from ambiguity

Experience in vertical SaaS, SMB software, field-service technology, or industries serving contractors, trades, or construction businesses would be highly valued.
