Chemist Researcher _ Head of the Analytical Chemistry Laboratory & Quality Management System

We are seeking a hybrid leader to manage two critical pillars of our Isbergues Research Centre:

QMS Management: You will drive the site's Quality culture and ensure full compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and environmental regulations.

Chemical Laboratory Leadership: You will manage a team of 5 FTE and oversee all analytical chemistry operations, serving as the group’s technical referent for stainless steel performance and competitive benchmarking.

This role requires a unique blend of scientific expertise in analytical chemistry and proven leadership in industrial risk management.
