
Senior Marine Corps Community Service (MCCS) Program Analyst
Job Description
Significance, Inc. is seeking an MCCS Program Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Branch in Arlington, Virginia. This position will be onsite and requires an active Secret clearance.
This position provides direct support to MCCS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives and enterprise resource management efforts. The successful candidate will support the development of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes across appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) programs.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting MCCS; Military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR); Fleet and Family Readiness; or comparable military community support programs.
