Assistant Team Leader -Paint 1st Shift

Job Duties: KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift on our paintline. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.  To learn more about KI, please visit www.ki.com   Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience   Value Added Skills: Hang hooks & parts on the Paint line following the identified priorities Manually apply powder paint to production parts Perform Paint Color Changeovers Tape parts coming down from the line, to protect them from scratches Inspect & pack parts off of the line (assemble as necessary) Record bad parts to keep accurate records Maintain proper ph levels and mil thicknesses Monitor paint shelf life and re-certify as necessary PM entire Paintline   Physical Requirements: Working in areas where it can get warm Working in a smoke free environment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow   Shift: This is a 1st Shift Position Hours are 6am-2pm Monday -Friday  Overtime during busy season KI offers a welcoming work culture with competitive benefits for eligible employees.
