Job Description
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler experience.
- Act as an HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, Managers, and Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
- Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex HR problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, Manager, and Leader capability.
