What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role, you are the driving force behind our retail and concession channels. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and take full ownership of the following:
Strategic Partnerships: Manage and nurture high-level relationships with Fossil Group Key Partners, including outlet centers and landlords.
Commercial Growth: Develop and implement annual sales plans with our Concession Partners, focusing on maximizing sales, profit, and cost management.
Inspiring Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop our Area Managers and Store Operations teams to ensure a high-performing and motivated culture.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the complete scale of retail activities, including staffing (from Store Associates to Managers) and ensuring optimal store operations.
Brand Presentation: Ensure our brand shines through optimal in-store merchandising and product assortments at every Point of Sale.
Data-Driven Action: Analyze sales performance and market opportunities to act and react swiftly to changing retail trends.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you bring a mix of strategic vision and "boots-on-the-ground" retail experience. Your profile includes:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in Sales Management or Key Account Management within FMCG or Fashion-retail (Experience with A-brands is a must).
Retail Savvy: Deep knowledge of the retail landscape and proven negotiation skills at HQ level.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to frequently travel to our retail and concession locations in the Benelux region.
People First: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Analytical Mindset: You love numbers as much as you love style; you have strong analytical and strategic skills.
Communication: Business fluent in English; any additional regional languages are a significant plus.
Attitude: A proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.
