At CLS, we're seeking a Recruiter to help us identify and onboard interpreters from USA and around the world. We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and skilled at building strong talent pipelines — especially for hard-to-find languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a global network of interpreter candidates
- Source and recruit talent across multiple international platforms
- Collaborate with internal departments and utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
