Job Description
Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into solution designs process flows and functional specifications
Provide strategic and operational guidance to clients on domainspecific challenges and best practices
Support solution design workshops stakeholder discussions and requirement validation sessions
Work closely with engineering product and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Identify process gaps risks and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations standards and compliance requirements where applicable
Support client communication change management and user adoption activities
Contribute to knowledge management reusable assets and domain collaterals
