Flagstar Rehab is Seeking Travel Occupational Therapy Assistants for Long Term Care / Behavioral Health facility in Lander, WY.

Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $31/hr

Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Wyoming COTA license or ability to obtain
• Must have a tax home 50+ miles away from facility
• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Ability to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Schedule and Benefits:
