Job Title: Center of Excellence - PMO Manager Location: Malaysia – Johor (Regular business trip in SEA) Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Manager to join our Customer Success.
The PMO Manager will establish and maintain standardized processes, ensure customized project delivery, assess personnel competency, etc.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills.
He/she also possesses the ability to design and formulate the policy and process documentation.
A leadership skill of a division is required as this role is the owner of the Center of Excellence under Customer Success Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy, Process, and Procedure Standardization
• Design and establish standardized processes and documentation protocols.
• Integrate internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Integrate with related parties for process, form a clear demarcation and R&R.
2. Customized Project Delivery Management
• Tailor project management approaches in collaboration with Account Delivery Manager and other stakeholders.
• Regular on-site inspections and coordination
• Ensure project delivery meets standard compliance and specific client requirements.
• Design the delivery assessment framework for individual performance management
3. Personnel Competency Assessment & Training
• Conduct competency assessments in partnership with HR.
• Develop targeted training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Build up the incentive mechanisms for team members
4. Data Collection and Dashboard Report
• Collect project information/data from the delivery project
• Formulate the dashboard for internal management and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Preferably in Data Center PMO, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English & Chinese.
• Leadership mindset of managing a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Internal
• Prefer to rule-making, being experienced in business process design
• Capable of formulating the Policy & Process documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, ITIL or similar project management certification.
• Capability of using AI tools at work
