Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized product marketing specialist to support the Mexico & North LATAM market expansion of three (3) brands. This role will be highly cross functional between teams in Mexico, North LATAM, US and Korea, therefore excellent communication skills and cultural literacy is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Spec Sheet: Manage and maintain product specification sheets including Nutrition Facts Panel (NFP), ingredient lists, barcode information, shipping specifications, MOQs, artwork, and labeling details.
Coordinate packaging and labeling adaptations, including translation alignment, regulatory claims, and country-specific compliance requirements.
Sell Sheet and Sales supporting materials: Support the development of product education materials for internal teams and distributors.
Ensure all marketing materials and product claims meet legal and regulatory standards in each market.
Coordinate artwork development and approval processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage SAP SKU setup, registration, and ongoing SKU master data maintenance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales teams to support commercial planning, promotional initiatives, and customer presentations.
Provide marketing tools, product training, and launch support materials to regional sales teams and distributors.
Partner with TQR (QA/QC) to review and validate product artwork and local regulatory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with TQR and external agencies to prepare and manage documentation required for product registrations in new markets.
Support sales operations activities including P&L tracking, Purchase Order (PO) coordination, production scheduling, distributor and freight coordination, KPI tracking, transit monitoring, and import/export documentation.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in FMCG / CPG industry preferred
Experience working within cross-functional and HQ matrix organizations
Basic understanding and experience managing CPG SKUs and product information systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural and cross-regional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
The base salary for this position is between $26.00/hr and $33.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
