POSITION SUMMARY
Assist patients and providers with identifying medication assistance programs and completing enrollment applications in order for underinsured patients to receive prescribed medication. Insurance companies may require prior authorization paperwork or notification before approving medications for patients. Assists providers with completing forms, communication with insurance companies and pharmacies and documents in EMR.
