Relationship Officer

To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions that meet their financial objectives. You'll need to stay up to date on product offerings and be able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
What you do
-Provide one-stop banking solution to customers
-Strengthen Premier Banking customers relationships through effective relationship management
-Provide good and productive operational support to Premier Relationship Managers
-Assist Premier Relationship Managers in processing sales transactions
-Provide service and marketing support on all Premier Banking transactions
-Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
Who you are
-A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
-At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as a team.
-A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service
