04117 - District Engineer Location and Design

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Hampton Roads is seeking a District Engineer - Location & Design to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and program oversight for roadway design initiatives that improve mobility, safety, and quality of life across the Commonwealth. We're looking for a proven leader with extensive roadway design and project management experience with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
