Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Learning Specialist Retail Banking Systems is responsible for developing and providing proficiency in the systems, platforms, and technology tools that support training delivery, content development, learning administration and employee performance. The Learning Specialist – Retail Banking Systems will support creative instruction on a diverse range of subject matter, primarily focusing on, but not limited to, systems training, products and services, compliance, sales training, customer service, and procedures and processes that allow employees to effectively perform their job responsibilities.
