We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Studio Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Leading design appointments with homeowners for personalized selections of interior and exterior finishes
- Complete change orders through internal processes
- Assist in completing the Boise Design Center – helping in selections for displays, communication with ordering, etc.
- Oversee and own relationships with external design representatives, such as coordinating communication with companies that supply samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.
- Management and oversight of the Online Design Studio for the Boise Division
- Communicate with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choices
- Thorough understanding of floor plans, 2020 designs of cabinets, etc.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a residential production home builder
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
