
Activities Assistant-H
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities
- Encourage resident participation in hobbies, crafts, and social events
- Help create monthly activity calendars and track attendance
- Support outings and transportation needs
- Assist with care plans, assessments, and documentation
- Communicate with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the activity area clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
