About Job

THE ROLE

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for our EU business units in Spain and Serbia. You'll translate Centific's growth ambitions into a compelling talent strategy — building pipelines, elevating our employer brand, and developing the capability of your recruiting team. You'll partner closely with regional GM and HR leadership while collaborating across a global TA team to drive consistent, world-class hiring practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and coach a team of full-lifecycle recruiters, fostering their growth and development.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across a range of levels and roles including Engineering, AI delivery, and GTM talent.
  • Partner with regional GM and HR leadership to shape talent acquisition practices and strengthen Centific's employment brand in the EU.
  • Drive recruiting metrics — tracking, analyzing, and continuously improving quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
  • Lead and contribute to global TA projects that build tools, processes, and AI-forward capabilities for talent assessment.
  • Represent the unique needs of your region and advocate for improvements to company-wide recruiting tools and processes.
  • Personally participate in interviewing and assessing talent for key roles.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years in recruiting, with experience in a lead or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sourcing strategies, manage hiring partner relationships, and close strong candidates.
  • Skill in translating business goals into scalable, candidate-focused hiring processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking — you use data to diagnose problems and identify solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment — you bring structure without rigidity.
  • Strong understanding of the EU market, including market benchmarks and emerging trends
  • Bachelor's degree required.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition's relationship to broader talent management and workforce planning.
  • Experience in project management and designing hiring processes at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI or tech sector recruiting in EU markets.
