We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Coordinator. The Sponsorship Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and cultivating relationships with sponsors to support our organization's initiatives and events. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful sponsorship programs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential sponsors that align with the organization's mission and values.
- Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals to attract new sponsors.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor sponsorship activities.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing their inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits and deliverables.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and both parties are satisfied with the partnership.
Event Coordination:
- Work closely with event planning teams to integrate sponsorships seamlessly into events.
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional activities related to sponsored events.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure sponsors' needs are met.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns highlighting sponsors.
- Maximize visibility for sponsors through various channels, including social media, press releases, and event signage.
Performance Evaluation:
- Track and evaluate the success of sponsorship programs against established KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders and sponsors.
