This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a background in security and proven leadership experience, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop Security Officers and Supervisors
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Ensure sites are fully staffed and operating efficiently
- Partner with branch leadership to address recruiting and operational needs
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Background in security, military, or law enforcement
- Experience managing multiple employees or locations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and reporting
